Michael Hale was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Management from the University of Arizona. After graduating from the Eller College of Management on an academic scholarship he moved back home to Alaska to start working full-time. He has been employed at Hale & Associates as an Account Executive and Producer since 2017. Michael has earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation and is presently working on the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Michael is currently President-elect for the Alaska Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers, Inc. and is involved with other organizations around the state. In Michael’s spare time he enjoys being outside as much as possible, from fly fishing to hiking and anything else that involves socializing with friends and family.
